Alex Voihanski

Alex Voihanski is the Founder of Unity Through Sport and Paramount Business Group. Alex’s exceptional network and strategic partners are centered around his tremendous relationships with Fortune 500 companies and in venture capital, while embedded in traditional sports, eSports / iGaming, media, and entertainment. He is a successful leader, entrepreneur, executive & dealmaker, specializing in M&A, business development and sports management. Alex is known as a “connector” that uses his influential relationships to connect individuals who are leaders, decision makers and trailblazers that are transforming the world.

Alex has also taken multiple leadership roles in connection to charities and philanthropic events, including Chairing the Zach Hyman Charity Golf Classic & Skate for Sarah Fundraiser and as a Committee member or volunteer for Scotiabank Pro-Am, Fanatics All-In Challenge, Hockey is for Everyone and Score Against Cancer Event. Alex has a strong relationship with and has helped raise millions of dollars and tremendous awareness for SickKids Hospital/Foundation, Right to Play, UJA, Canadian Tire Jump Start, No Kid Hungry and more.

Jian Magen

Jian Magen is a lifelong entrepreneur, an industry leader in event production, and an expert on all things entertainment. Having co-founded The Magen Group with his twin brother Page, Jian has overseen the growth of the company into a full-service media powerhouse employing over 100 exceptional team members.

While planning and executing thousands of large scale corporate and private events over the past two decades, Jian has broadened his business portfolio, remaining closely involved in each project he takes on. Jian owns event venues, a music agency, sports entertainment business, digital activation businesses and much more. He has also expanded into film production, video game development and eSports channels with a young-at-heart mindset that is embedded in all of his professional endeavors.

Most vital to Jian is his tireless commitment to humanitarian and charitable causes, culminating with the annual Grads Go Global event benefiting a Tanzanian orphanage that he was instrumental in building. No matter the task at hand, Jian’s belief in hard work, integrity, and bringing people together has cemented The Magen Group as a first-class presence in Canada’s entertainment and philanthropic community.
